Mulino Beach's Latin Pool Party started at 18:30, the earliest land-based party on this site in 2026.
Butrint, the UNESCO World Heritage site, is about six minutes by car from Ksamil.
Ksamil is the beach village south of Saranda, on a bay dotted with small islets. Its party nights happen on the beach clubs themselves: the place where you spend the afternoon on a sunbed is often where the music starts after dark. Three venues hosted our parties in the 2026 season, all within about half an hour on foot of each other. This guide walks you through each one, what it put on in 2026 and how to get back to Saranda afterwards.
Ksamil in brief
Albania's national tourism agency describes Ksamil as a tourist village in the Saranda area, with clear water and several small islets offshore that you reach by small boat or canoe. The village centre sits a short walk from the bay, and all three of our party venues are along its shore.
Daytime here is about the sea; the evening is about which beach club has a party on. Because the venues are close together, you can plan a Ksamil night on foot from almost anywhere in the village.
Greg Beach: white Sundays and French nights on one beach
Greg is a restaurant and beach in the same complex, on Rruga Fan Noli. Its own website presents a beachside restaurant in Ksamil with Mediterranean-inspired food, cocktails and sunset views; the ticket pages call the party side Greg Beach or Greg Beach Club. The restaurant and the beach are about 30 metres apart, and one 2026 night was listed at GREG Restaurant and described as right on the beach.
In 2026 Greg hosted these series on this site. White Party on Sundays, billed on its poster for June, July and August (dates on sale included 23 and 30 August), all-white dress code, with commercial, house and dance music. Marrakech on Tuesdays in August, 00:00 to 04:30, with French rap, urban and oriental sounds. LA FRENCH on Friday 4 September, 00:00 to 04:30, French rap, hip-hop and urban. And La Parisienne on Wednesday 2 September, from 23:30 to 05:00.
From the centre of Ksamil, Greg is about five minutes on foot.

Same complex, two names
Greg Beach and GREG Restaurant are about 30 m apart on the bay: one complex. In 2026 both names appeared on the ticket pages.
Principotes: Saturdays by the bay
Principotes describes itself as a beach club on Ksamil Bay, with a restaurant, a beach of cabanas and sunbeds, a lounge where a DJ plays into the sunset, wellness, boat days and a night space of its own. It is about 11 minutes on foot from the village centre and 14 minutes from Greg.
Its party on this site in 2026 was The Wolf of Wall Street, on Saturdays: three dates on sale in August, with champagne and high-energy music by the sea. The ticket page billed it for every Saturday in June, July and August.

Mulino Beach: the early start
Mulino Beach is where Ksamil begins if you arrive from Saranda: about 23 minutes on foot from the centre, or four minutes by car. Its photos show a windmill (mulino is Italian for mill) and a pool facing the sea.
In 2026 the Latin Pool Party's dates on sale fell on Mondays and Fridays, six of them between 14 August and 4 September, from 18:30 to 00:00, playing reggaeton, dembow and Latin hits. That was the earliest land-based start on this site, and it covered the sunset: on 14 August the sun went down at 19:38. The ticket page also gave a departure point for a transfer.
Ending at midnight leaves the rest of the night open, and Greg is about 25 minutes away on foot.

Butrint, the day after
Butrint, an ancient city on UNESCO's World Heritage List since 1992, is about 4 km by road from Ksamil, roughly six minutes by car. In summer its official ticket page gives opening from 08:30, last entry at 18:00 and closing at 20:00, so an afternoon visit fits after a late night.

Getting back to Saranda
If you are staying in Saranda, the return is about 13 km along the coast road, roughly 20 minutes by car. Settle how you are getting back before the night starts, especially after a party that ends at 04:30 or 05:00.
