What Principotes is
A beach club on Ksamil Bay with a restaurant, a lounge and sunbeds on the sand. Its website splits the venue in two: by day it is Principotes, and after dark the same shore becomes La Guerre, its night side. According to the club, the lounge has a DJ playing into sunset and is open to all beach guests without a reservation. The season runs from May to September.
The Wolf of Wall Street, Saturdays in 2026
Named after the film, The Wolf of Wall Street was the Saturday party at Principotes. The ticket page set the tone: flowing champagne, a taste for luxury and high-energy music by the sea. It described the night as weekly through June, July and August, and the dates on sale in 2026 included 15, 22 and 29 August. The 2026 page did not publish hours or a dress code, so check the start time on the ticket page for your date.
Getting there
Principotes is on the south-west side of Ksamil, about 11 minutes on foot from the village centre and a quarter of an hour from Greg Beach. The ticket page gives the address as Rruga Riviera, Ksamil. From Saranda's seafront it is about 14 km by road, around 25 minutes by car. Times are OpenStreetMap routes measured on 21 October 2026.
